Milford on Sea sits on the coast about three miles south of Lymington, with clifftop views out towards the Isle of Wight and Hurst Spit. It's a regular part of Ollie's round, and coastal homes here tend to need a bit more upkeep than inland properties, particularly fencing, decking and guttering that take the brunt of the sea air and weather.
